PLEASE DO NOT send a screen shot! Original .jpg files are best! Larger clear, non-burry files are the BEST!

The Keepsake will be an exact unaltered image of the pet in the photo sent.
If the photo of the pet is BLURRY, it will be BLURRY in the Keepsake Design.
IF THERE IS A COLLAR OR CLOTHING ON THE PET IN PHOTO YOU SUBMIT, IT WILL BE IN THE FINAL IMAGE AS WELL. We remove the background only of the image. (clothing on the pet can not be removed)

Typical turnaround time is 2-3 days. But may be longer during busy times. We will let you know if it will take longer. If you need it soon, please let us know. There may be an additional charge for faster turn around.
